I built this because I never really liked the existing travel planners. Most of them are closed or just don’t work that well when you’re planning a trip together with other people.
So I started building my own tool, mainly for myself at first.
It’s a self-hosted travel planner where you can organize trips collaboratively in real time. You can drag and drop places into days, keep track of budgets, manage bookings, and create packing lists.
The real-time collaboration part was probably the trickiest thing to get right. Keeping everything in sync without it becoming overly complicated took a few iterations.
It’s still not perfect and there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially around search and some UX details.
If you’re into travel planning or self-hosting tools, I’d be interested to hear what you think or what you’re missing in tools like this.

Folderhost is selfhosted filesharing cloud application. It is written in Go language as a server and Vite + React for the frontend. But the build of the project doesn't need docker to work on Windows or Linux. The Linux build is just 23 MB. No dependencies. You can simply install and try the program.
The main features of the project are managing files, for example creating, copying, deleting, unzipping and etc. The other feature are the Recovery section, here you can recover your deleted files or folders. Also you have a Users system, and there you can give or take their permissions, you can see what other users are doing from the Audit Logs.
It's still not fully completed, if you encounter any bugs or problems feel free to comment or create an issue on GitHub! I'll be so happy if you give it a try! I hope you guys like it!

Over the last two years, I developed a tournament system called Bracket.
Most (if not all) tournament systems available online are paid and ask tons of money (a typical minimum subscription costs 50 euros per month, and go up to 500 euros per month or so), which is not feasible for many small sport clubs/individuals. So I developed my own system and put it publicly on GitHub. AFAIK this is the only open source tournament system available that has a significant amount of features.
I made this tournament system for my badminton club and hosted six paid tournaments successfully.
It features flexible setups, where a tournament can have multiple stages and each stage can have multiple "items" (round robin, single elimination or swiss).
Backend is written in async Python with FastAPI and frontend in Next.js with the great Mantine library.
I would appreciate some feedback!
GitHub: https://github.com/evroon/bracket
Demo: https://www.bracketapp.nl/demo
Docs: https://docs.bracketapp.nl

SimpleAuth.link is a secure authentication service that enables your users to log in to your platform without the need for traditional passwords. Using the service, other apps or platforms can verify user identities and manage active sessions through cryptographically generated tokens.
Token Generation Process
- By leveraging the Ed25519 signature algorithm, the service deterministically generates a private key using your App ID and secret.
- This ensures that each token is cryptographically secure and uniquely tied to your application, eliminating the need to store sensitive keys.
Stateless Architecture
- SimpleAuth.link works without a traditional database. It does not store any user data, including email addresses, on its servers.
- Instead, the data generated is self-contained, requiring no further information or state to be used. This stateless design increases security and reduces the risk of data breaches.
Other links:
- Source code: https://github.com/SimpleAuthLink/authapi
- Documentation: https://docs.simpleauth.link/
