Yes. It would still protect you from the other strains and reduce risks of reinfection by the strains you already have, which is the main issue preventing your immune system from clearing the infection up by itself
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0264410X2...

2.6.9 is around 6yo now. I had been procrastinating for too long too, with my almost 30yo fvwm2rc, but finally migrated to x11/fvwm3 last month. Wasn’t too complicated in the end

I’ve been using teams for years in a browser (on my FreeBSD desktop), and I find it good enough for doing my job - chats work, calls work, presentations work, screen sharing works. or should I say mostly work… sure, it’s as glitchy as it ever was and may fail for any reason at any time, but you don’t really need an app to experience all that

It used to have a steep learning curve, I’d say. Once I’ve had a long complicated manually written configuration of all my devices, integrations, automations etc, which gradually got replaced by simple clicking in the gui. On the other hand, this also meant a lot of breaking changes over the years, when I had to re-configure my staff the new way

a lot of people do, for example me. apple maps sucks badly where i live (eu). say, it has no idea my house (built 6 years ago) exists, it builds routes via non-existing roads, is not aware of road works, detours or most of the businesses around
apple maps is completely useless here, even though i don’t like using a google app, there’s no alternative

short answer: it will pass
longer answer: been there, seen that. carry on, find yourself a hobby and a couple of friends who share it (might require some effort, but it’s worth it). kids are also very rewarding (probably not for everyone, but surely for me), albeit very demanding too. anyway, it will pass, just dont try to drink or drug it out - that will only make things worse
good luck

if i am writing a youtube comment and care about it, i always recheck if the comment is still there after a couple of minutes and then a couple of days. because the comments are now "disappearing" more and more frequently
the last time my comment got automatically deleted right away was a couple of weeks ago for "bottle opening" words (in my language) put together. replacing a few letters in these words with different same-looking characters helped for some time, but eventually even these got deleted a few days later. i should probably give up using this last google service i still use
