AI is a super polarising topic. Even now there are people who are like “it’s all AI slop so it’s all useless” along with the “OMG AI!!! OMG we will have AGI soon!!!” people.
The truth, as always, is in between. There’s loads of people using it for useful things, learning, automation and getting good results. But it’s also wrong enough that you need to deploy it carefully sometimes.
Don’t worry about either group. Keep objective and use AI where it helps and do it yourself where you are better. That’s all.

People aren’t rational. They want to have less regulations so there’s more freedom to do what you want and then in the same sentence complain about enshittification.

The best models are clearly all from US companies.
But I think what you’ll see is people making sure the model they use can just be plugged into their workflow.
I used to use Gemini-cli until they did a Google and cancelled it in favour of anti-gravity.
That was my fault. Fool me the 10th time shame on me.
So I picked more open source offerings that I can use with any model. Once the other models are good enough, I just need to jump ship.

False equivalency. Trump constantly says whatever he wants in plain contradiction to verifiable facts:

>* Is it the YouTube algorithm's fault? Or viewer preferences? I think YouTube would be happy to recommend the videos to more people if more people watched them.*
I always got garbage even if it suggested things I wanted to watch too.
The best way is to disable suggestions completely and then just make a note of your favourite channels. That way you get a completely blank landing page and are forced to search out exactly what you want every time.
