You already know what works: organic forum engagement gives you excellent conversions.
The problem is the hit-or-miss part. That's the actual constraint to solve.
Pick the two or three forums where your ideal customers actively ask questions about the problem your product solves, not where founders hang out.
Spend 20 minutes a day answering those questions thoroughly before mentioning what you build.
This builds trust and relevance. The conversion quality difference you see between paid ads and forums tells you where to focus.
I've also found that forums (in my case private FB groups) are the best source of leads, so I built an app (GTM Intel) to check them frequently and give me a daily list of leads to respond to.
P.S This is very meta / ouroboros but your post is actually one of the ones it found for me today!

Refresh Agent is an AI Agent for SEO and Marketing Analysis.
If you've ever tried to use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) to figure out what's working with your marketing, and what to do next to grow, you have probably got frustrated at some point.
It acts as a Marketing Strategist. You can ask questions like "why is my SEO traffic down this week" and it will give you a clear answer based on your site's performance data, as well as a checklist to improve.
https://refreshagent.com

In Safari on macOS when visiting the Facebook newsfeed, the system mic active icon appears in the menu bar and says that Safari is using it.
I haven't granted permission. When I asked ChatGPT it said 'Safari creates an audio capture session even if the user has not granted microphone permission, for capability negotiation, but no audio data leaves the device until permission is granted.' - is that accurate?

I’ve found the same issue and also with Rust sometimes skips tests if it thinks they’re taking too long to compile, and says it’s unnecessary because it knows they’ll pass.

Thanks for the feedback. I should probably make it more clear - there is no description field.
The block of text is the 'Likely to outsource' column. I use Perplexity Deep research to try to infer what services the company might need based on it's probable current challenges.
In this case it was: "Cloud infrastructure support to manage rapid scaling, pivoting, and new product integrations as part of business model transformation[3]., Specialized consulting (e.g., industry-specific financial regulations, fintech compliance, and go-to-market strategy) to facilitate entry into new verticals and optimize operational resilience[2]."
