The law doesn't give a shit about truth but it only cares about keeping thing running smoothly as they currently are.

The state does what it wants and in the end it doesn't even need an excuse.

I know it's diseingenuous but these laws are crafted with that in mind.

People that might take a real chance in challenging this are weeded out long before they get to these positions.

Node is not fast. It's faster than PHP and that is very clear.

As someone who is not a fan of npm/ts I must say I find this almost delusional.

TS is way better than PHP and node is much faster.
