If you don't have any contributors, you could just directly relicense without rewriting the whole codebase. If you do, it would be rude to do this.

This isn't a new observation [0] but this means Google will now have two Wizes, since Wiz is also the name of their internal web framework [1].

A Uint8Array can be backed by buffers other than ArrayBuffer, which is where the types [0] come from.

This comment leaves me confused as to what you believe. Do you believe a man biking across the country "takes and does not give" in a different way from a charity, or was "someone who takes and does not give" simply not meant in a bad way?

Why would he be helped if he truly doesn't give? He speaks about this a little:

  the person being aided can reciprocate with degrees of humility, dependency, gratitude, surprise, trust, delight, relief, and amusement

which, at the time, was genuinely valuable [0].

FYI: photorealism is art that imitates photos, and I see the term misused a lot both in comments and prompts (where you'll actually get subideal results if you say "photorealism" instead of describing the camera that "shot" it!)

The thing about "basic" here is that it's subjective. It could be that these issues only happen on your machine or that the staff (or even most people) don't need what you're asking for. Of course they should try to fix them anyway, but their backlog is enormous.
