I'm also in Anthropic Cyber Verification Program, but they specifically exclude Fable, just goes up to Opus 5.

I hear you on the downgrades, I'm 13/13 on downgrades, and last downgraded me to Sonnet for asking for reasoning chain.

My wife was confounded when I told her I don't think in words. For her, it's a one to one correlation.

She had assumed that all people think in this mode. I had assumed that all people think in "thoughts" and went through a separate step to articulate them.

Made both of us aware of a difference in people.

I don't feel vibrations or sensations though, and I definitely don't think in images. I only have a thought level, and it's very independent of any external presentation.

PhDs really require hard justification to continue. Especially in STEM where you can do as much research via a corporate job.

Happily left with an ABD to join Microsoft in 1995.

People commenting below are probably correct wrt border entry for the common business traveler, but might be surprised if they checked their wifi logs at how many things are hitting it maliciously.

For some companies/positions you may be targeted surreptitiously.

Spying exists. The people who granted me my expedited Russian visa inside the consulate were kicked out as spies.
