Why would you not use a server with webgl support if that's a requirement? I feel like the moment this would become an issue you are already at an scale that would make sense.

The face to face meeting is not a thing any more. There are some exceptions but they can often be done online if at all.

It is not about the country but the language. Most llms have poor or no support for Dutch.
