Obviously buying masks is discouraged because there is a shortage and hospitals have a much greater need for them than an uninfected person living in location as of yet untouched by the virus. Its about priorities.

At salaried level people aren't doing things that have hard time constraints. when you are delivering pizzas or working as a cashier your punctuality matters a hell of a lot more, it doesn't take a genius to figure that out, which is why if you fuck up once you're fired, it was literally the one thing they told you not to fuck up.

Of course there are extenuating circumstances, and managers should be more relaxed with people who make an effort (e.g. texting ahead that they are running x minutes late). But the vast majority of cases are not like this. Its people making stupid choices and suffering the consequences, I don't have much sympathy for that.

Renting is a service, of course they don't produce anything. If they weren't providing a service people found valuable (i.e. improving their general welfare) much fewer people would be renting.

Terrible and completely misleading headline. The court ruled that the SHARING of surveillance data with NSA was unlawful until this past December. Its another meaningless verdict that effectively supports the gross invasion of individual privacy while claiming to oppose it.

There aren't many forms of music I cannot listen to, but Hip Hop is one of them. Can't really call it music to be honest, its just agony to listen to, nothing to feel good about, mindless unintelligible lyrics, caustic sounds, and 'singers' who can't sing to save their life (no autotune does not make you sound any better!).
