Self-taught bioinformatics engineer. Built two end-to-end Nextflow/Docker pipelines validated on real public sequencing data: a GATK best-practices variant-calling pipeline (1M+ QC-filtered variants on whole-genome data) and a scRNA-seq pipeline with AWS Batch scaling.
