Just publicity stunt in my humble opinion. Open source CRMs have existed before AI. If he at least said, they were using an open source CRM and added some custom features they were using Salesforce for... but we'll see, such an interesting time we're in.

And yet despite those top 10 (40% of the SP500) dropping 15-20% in the recent months, the SP500 barely moved... It surprised me a lot, too. Maybe this is working better than we all thought.
