The advisory was for the lock being disengaged meaning you would still need to manually move it. it wasn't for being moved by factors such as vibrations also If it was from vibration how would a crash impact not move them back to cut off?

I had a section in class back in highschool and we were told you should never base you opinions on titles instead you should read the content then come to a conclusion. seeing so many > "anyone can RSVP, regardless of whether they have an Apple Account or Apple device." in the comments proves the problems still exists today.

A brilliant idea some startup accelerator in the EU can create a platform that conforms to EU laws. It can't be that hard, given that the UI hasn't changed much in a decade or more. I can already see it "Hacker news, but hosted in the EU with Swiss privacy and is GDPR compliant".

We now have the three tech giants moving in on nuclear. I think we will have a race to see which SMR provider comes online first even though Nuscale canceled its pilot plant, sending shockwaves through the industry last year, there's a clear demand now. I wouldn't be surprised if Microsoft signs with an SMR provider in the coming weeks because the other players have. I would have said it would be Nuscale, but Sam Altman might move them to Oklo.

a better bank would have been Wells Fargo. Chase and JPM are not in the same category they are profit machines with great balance sheets. that's why they swooped in last year during the bank crisis and took over some banks.

You can file a request for a time slot on webb if you have proper reasoning then compare your atmospheric composition findings with nasa own findings that they posted also they never claimed that there’s life they said “some astronomers believe that these worlds are promising environments to search for evidence for life on exoplanets.” Also they have other sensors on webb that have no been pointed at the planet yet so I don’t think they will need any money for this purpose yet. When you realize the world isn't strictly dividen it categories such as blue or red. you might begin to understand why people do what they do. also let me ask you a question since you're obviously for free and open source. how much have you contributed to riscv development or donated to move their cause forward? are you actively maintaining any open projects? because if you read the post the authors stated that they are small with limited funding which is the case for most open source projects.

Github -> gitlab, vs code -> jetbrains. why use wsl just go to linux. No one forces you to use their products they’re just a better developer experience imo aside from windows. Plenty of competition in the space. The question is does better equal monopoly?
