You can't expect the police to shoot their own. Capitol security are the ones that opened the gates to let people in. Biden said it best, if the majority of these people were black there wouldn't any talk of pardons or calling it a peaceful protest.

The details matter when talking about legalities. A group of cops investigating a gang that happens to have a lot of italian members is different than having a group of cops that investigates italians.

I suggest reading the actual report linked in the article. You don't need to change the amount of total visa numbers. Tesla has requested over 3% of the total allocation, around 2000 visas. These are typically decided by lottery but I imagine a friend in high places can make sure that lottery leans more your way then it originally would.

I don't know what bit of news you are talking about. Unless you are just talking about the news in general which still doesn't prove anything. Any news that Google is stealing data out of GCP is not something you could just sweep under the rug in 24 hours.
