Scale will be tied to the paper you print them on. For the 28mm standard miniatures that would probably be about two-four times larger than scale when printed with a standard 8.5x11 letter size.
But, for scaling up or down, should be easy. Find the model you want. Print on standard paper, then compare with your miniatures.
Make the needed adjustments in software on the images and then reprint on heavy card stock and assemble.

I have seen, quite recently, on sites like Amazon and Ebay, 4-26tb refurbished hard drives filled with digital media for sale.
So, yes, you can. Is it legal? No. But neither is selling cocaine in a nightclub yet many people fund their entire lifestyle doing just that.

Not the whole song, just the part you mess up. For instance, in the guitar part for Under the Bridge by RHCP, there's the simple melodic part that only requires learning the chord forms and picking patterns.
That transitions into a more rhythmic chord progression with a few embellishments, which also isn't terribly difficult at first, but then a few verses later that ramps up a good amount and becomes moderately difficult.
If you stumble on that transition / passage, then that is where you would stop and then practice until you do it correctly 5 times.
The next day, once you've rested and let your brain absorb the info, try it again and you'll find it much easier to get right on the first try.

Exactly. I decided to never donate to Wikipedia again after learning that wikipedia took some of that donated money and redonated it to other companies.
It felt like a betrayal to me.
Not that I think the other companies were bad, but if they have so much money they're giving it away to other people then they obviously don't need my money anymore.
If they wanted people to give other companies money then why didn't they have a separate different begging drive for those companies instead of just deciding, "Well, this is my money now, given to me to keep the site running and our employees paid, I'm going to give it away instead of using for the purpose that I literally begged it for".

I wouldn't be surprised if it is being done to help microslop and AI companies lock in their profit margins.
Right now, if a handful of tech companies crater they'll take the whole world's financial systems out with them, so the government could easily be made complicit in any scheme they can conceive of to bolster their finances.

We can explain it to you, but we can't understand it for you.
Explanation: Microslop is a power hungry, greedy and frankly evil corporation whose only goal is complete financial domination of the government, business, and personal tech industries. They actively promote making regressive software, increasing complexity, and hiding straightforward processes behind an information veil.
Example: Go to learn.microsoft.com and try to actually learn HOW to do anything. You'll read 35 pages of text talking about the concept of working with a specific microslop product but not 1 single explicit example of HOW to accomplish a specific task.
Example: Windows 11
Example: Copilot
The whole company is run by backassward tech hicks and digital yokels who can't think past a dime on the floor for a dollar in customer satisfaction, and somehow they run the majority of non-server space or personal device tech on the planet.

My music teacher said that practice does not produce perfection, only perfect practice produces perfection.
If you mess up, redo the part you messed up correctly 5 times in a row.
And, don't just practice the easy stuff. You have to challenge yourself to grow.

It would be interesting to see from a scientific and humanities viewpoint.
If you take a smoker and transplant their brain into a healthy non-smoker body, would that decrease their likelihood of continuing to smoke?
What about an obese person into a slender body? Or a man/woman into the opposite sex's body, assuming the rejection issue was dealt with? How much will change about a person based on what body they are in, and how much can you change without changing the person, and how much about a person can you change just by changing the body they find themselves in?

Yeah, it's a lot of if's and billions of dollars for what MIGHT be a free lunch when it comes to organ replacements.
Seems like a smarter idea would be to spend that money on growing organs in a tank. There are tens or hundreds of millions of otherwise healthy people in need of a donor kidney or two, and if the body didn't reject them in the process that would be platinum sprinkles on a gold sandwich.

I'm using a B580 for a windows 10 media pc and it's fine even for moderate gaming when I drop down to 1080p on my 4k tv, although I did notice a little stuttering from time to time.
To be fair, that might be due to still running Windows 10 or due to not having reset the PC in 4 years. It's going to be moved over to Linux soon, I'm just being lazy.

For $600 I bought a dual motor 1500w ebike that can haul my overweight self up a steep incline without pedalling. It tops out at 35mph. As long as I pedal along with it and stay at a sane speed I can ride 40-60 miles on a charge and still have enough juice for the last push uphill home.
It's not really an ebike, it's an e-moped at worst, and I'm glad that my locality doesn't have strong laws about it because it's fun, but I could also see how dangerous it could be in the hands of an amateur or thrill seeking rider.
