The maintenance on this will be a real killer and by the time you build the robotic infrastructure to maintain it you’re not a power company anymore kindof how Amazon isn’t a bookseller.

I was thing this myself. Who is this for. I might recommend this for someone who needs to do a pop up concert / event venue site. Or a limited promotion for a niche presence. Any other use cases that people can think of?

It is against FedEx policy to send cash. It is a violation of the shipping agreement. the declared value coverage does not cover cash or cash equivalents. If you have more questions regarding acceptance standards it is recommended that you visit a FedEx Express Ship Station ( where your local packages are sorted) and ask to speak to a “Senior Customer Service Associate” this person is a senior FedEx agent and can walk you through the finer points of more difficult to understand shipping scenarios.

Day Mission – A NASA Song by Chat GPT

Title: "The Spacefarers' Tale"

(Verse 1) Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale, A tale of a fateful flight, That started from the Kennedy pad, On a crisp and starry night.

With Captain Butch and Commander Suni, Their minds were sharp and bright, An eight-day mission on Starliner’s wings, To test the depths of flight.

(Chorus) The ship took off with hope and pride, To orbit Earth’s embrace, But now they're stuck, their journey’s stalled, In the cold of endless space.

Eight days they planned, but now it’s been, Eight months without a break, On the ISS, they drift along, Oh, when will they awake?

(Verse 2) The Starliner, a brand-new craft, Was meant to prove its might, But problems soon began to grow, In the endless, silent night.

A leaky valve and thrusters failed, Their journey hit delay, From June to August, plans were dashed, As the months just slipped away.

(Verse 3) Butch and Suni make the best, Of crowded, close confines, With six sleep pods and nine aboard, They sleep where space aligns.

Suni finds her rest in CASA’s hold, A module safe and sound, While Butch camps out in Kibo’s span, Where quiet’s rarely found.

(Bridge) They work all day, no time to waste, With tasks that fill each hour, From science labs to fixing pumps, Their days are full of power.

Their clothes were scarce, but help arrived, In Cygnus' timely flight, With fresh supplies and fruits aboard, To ease their endless night.

(Outro) Butch and Suni, legends now, In NASA’s honored scroll, Their mission tested to the core, Their bravery made whole.

The Starliner might not bring them back, But their story’s not in vain, For they’ve joined the ranks of space’s best, In triumph and in strain.

I don’t know if I’ve changed or the valley has changed but I look at all these places I’ve been over the years and I think it just doesn’t seem that way anymore. Makes me very nostalgic for a valley that seems to have died away and grown into something that I despise sadly. Mostly maybe because of Deer Creek.

New comment by CMYKninja in "Google turns to regulators to make Apple open up iMessage"

CMYKninja — Wed, 08 Nov 2023 21:46:14 +0000

I’m going to take an unpopular side here. The type of person reading these forums is not who Apple designs these products for. I try to keep my mother in mind and the I give her an iPhone “it just works and is secure” is a MAJOR consideration. There are so many other cross platform apps that people use that I don’t think that this is really something the Feds should waste their preciously under funded and understaffed man hours on, when there’s MUCH lower hanging fruit. Like soldering ram to mother boards, and DRM for screens. Google has a lousy track record with keeping projects alive and not having them be exploited for fraud and spam so until Google gets its own house in order I basically ignore the whining of ivory tower execs working from home in Mountain View. They want to get together with Meta Samsung the EFF and make something comparable or better and when and if Apple blocks that from the walled garden then that’s a different matter.

There's No shortcut to profitability which is an inevitable requirement of capitalism. The age of easy money is over and sound business fundamentals and a sound business model will determine who succeeds and who does not --

This is a symptom of a larger problem. The Constitution and thusly the election system is woefully out of date and needs a formal rewriting based on a more general and modern consensus of ideas and principals. All of these issues could be irrelevant with an updated and more precise rule of law and government. I think we can all agree that any document which counts some people as 3/5s needs to be reassessed.
