The amount of functionality an application provides should be the benchmark for the size rather than one's available disk space. I'm sitting on 20TB+ of available storage and anything over 1MB for a simple "Hello World" is excessive.

> Whether or not you want to communicate "in the clearest way possible" is a choice.
This is far from "clearest way possible", it's not even in the middle. This choice impedes communication which makes is less useful, by your definition.
> But only the author/designer can speak to whether the design was successful in it's aims
I find it difficult to believe that the author's aim was to share a story in such way that's unnecessarily harder to consume, by a large portion of people otherwise interested in their thoughts.

The limitations of this tool are obvious from the author's documentation. Plus, a door lock would prevent this from working, so if you're living in a recent house and have thick door and lock the door, you don't have to worry about this attack vector. It's strongly suggested to also hot glue your USB ports shut for added security.

Who owns the user-generated content? Would it be feasible to clone Reddit (the site) and populate it with content scraped directly from Reddit? One could potentially even claim the same username by verifying their ownership of it on Reddit. Of course it's not easy but a mass social migration might be more practical than mass segregation in hopes of something else to slowly gaining traction.

I would hire a private investigator to get some dirt on the bullies' families and then have my kid ready with a response the next time he gets called out for NOT having the latest iPhone - "Well, I might NOT have an iPhone but at least my father doesn't have a second family in Tampa" or "You might think my Android is worse than your iPhone but at least my parents didn't need to remortgage the house two times to afford it" or "Maybe your sister can get me one then with all that OnlyFans money she's making?"
I am certain this would get the right kind of attention from the bully's parents the second little Johny makes dinner talk the most uncomfortable day in HIS family's life.

I'm working on a project around this but am a developer and not a business/sales person so I'm actively looking for a partner/co-founder. The NFT part is not at the core of it but exists as ownership and authenticity validation mechanism, which if you consider the actual app is a tremendously valid use case. How can I find a co-founder to help drive this to market?

Is the dark theme the only way to read this page? The contrast between white-background graphics and the surrounding (forced) dark theme makes it difficult to consume. I'm all for dark themes but in the absence of theme toggle controls it's fair to assume black text on white background is preferred as most browser extensions (i.e. DarkReader) will enable the option to view it in dark mode but they lack the inverse capabilities.
