You're not alone. To me is a matter of if I have to _think_ on what I'm doing or not. During graphic design work, music allows my mind to wander and be more creative; I could say I _need_ it. But during coding is more difficult: I can listen at low volume some instrumental music while coding CSS and HTML; but for Javascript or other programming languages I need no music (but not necessarily silence, I can code with mild background noises).

> And if I go to the edit view, make changes, then exit without saving, then go back, the view should be reset.
This is business logic and it's dependent of the UI. If you have a Save button but the user doens't save and leaves the page, on change route you reset the model. If it doesn't have an explicit button, on change route you save the model. It has nothing to do with the framework.
If you mean the library doesn't have a way to reset the model to its original state, it doesn't take too long to implement, just call fetch as the author says or when you load the original model store a copy somewhere, even inside the model itself.

We filed a support ticket and also had our traffic moved to a new IP, but I had to write to their Twitter account for them to pay attention. I urge everybody with an Essentials plan to do this, because it seems that if you don't complain on any channel possible you'll stay on this situation until it passes which can be "a few days" as they say.

I took it more like the way you specify certain jQuery operations such as:

    $('.card').hide();

to mean "hide all cards", or

    $('.card.green').show();

to mean "show all green cards". It's really comfortable to think about operating on the set like this and not having to worry about looping on the individual items.

For me at least this has been so since around 2008. I was working on a startup whose product was a "social network for travellers". Every single feature we came with, Facebook implemented it and reimplemented it faster and better. Likes, pages, reviews, photo albums, messenger, etc. You name it. At one point we would think "why bother", we couldn't compete with that with a team of 3 developers.
