edit: To be clear, if it was this, it wasn't successful. Blender team checked out the downloads and everything's fine. But that's a likely motive I'd say.

Looks like that video was a demonstration from a company that sells these machines. The hole was just cut out for doing videos like this I'd assume, not a modification for regular use.

One of the major side effects of Ambien is anterograde amnesia, some people are less sensitive to it, but generally anything you do in "black out" phase will be a complete blur the next day. I used to take it an hour before bed and try to get some work done, I'd usually wake up the next day to several pages of code with absolutely no recollection of writing it.

Taking a quick look, this should be able to run without issue on any distribution. They're using Docker to run all the components. No Ubuntu-specific dependencies.

Certainly not FUD or "advanced". No encryption/obfuscation used to communicate with C2 at all, common patterns in the c++ binary that drops on clients, no polymorphism, drops itself on the disk. Might be a fun toy project for the author but this wouldn't be useful in any actual security testing deployments.

The word you're looking for is "entertainment center", but yeah, weird there aren't more products available for that niche! There are lots of home AV receivers that might fit the bill but they tend to be pretty large units.

My personal card pulls the same shit constantly. Last raise request I made was for $300 to put a bill on it, was declined, a month later I get an automatic offer for a $1000 credit raise. They'll be losing my business pretty soon.

This stuff is basically Goo Gone without the plant goodies and some aircraft paint thinner. It will remove most paint and clear coats so be careful!

edit: I misread xylene as toluene, whoops! It still isn't the most paint-friendly if you don't have a durable surface though.

Launchpad is public, think GitHub but for packages. The Canonical Launchpad repositories weren't tampered. Presumably a lot fewer people have commit access to LP since it's used for package distribution.

Yes, the old drug patent will expire, and when this happens the company typically pulls an "oh our old version is now magically unsafe!" to wrestle away competition.

Plus developing a product from the old patent still requires extensive FDA approval. Very expensive stuff.

Heh. I've yet to witness a system yet that survived no disk space. Lucky the whole thing didn't lock up, had a remote mail server die like that and required an on-site intervention.

.NET itself has always been "free" (as in beer), it's just VS they made people pay for. They've had a community edition since VS2012 at least, possibly earlier but that's as far back as my brain goes.

The Community edition is pretty full-featured, it's only missing some TFS integration stuff, some test suite stuff and advanced profiling. I'd compare it to IntelliJ's free/pro model.

I swapped out Horde for Roundcube as my default for customers (who didn't want/need groupware, those are M$ and Zimbra), much easier on the eyes. Just as functional IMO.

iOS browser apps are required to use WebKit, but you can pretty heavily modify things. There is a Tor browser app available, it runs Privoxy internally and proxies all traffic from that WebKit instance. Just one since I'm guessing nobody else could be bothered?

Edit: you also can't control tracking to the same extent the forked Firefox that Tor uses can.
