<p>Agreed, and the resources that a commute consumes (time, wear and tear on a vehicle, fuel, mental reserves either sitting in traffic or dealing with other people on public transportation, etc) are not considered in compensation...<p>Your most valuable resource, time, which can be neither replenished nor its true quantity known, is being wasted for very little gain.</p>
