Are you confusing Motorola Mobility with Motorola Solutions? The article is about Motorola Mobility, which makes cell phones. Motorola Solutions makes two-way radios and surveillance systems. They split in 2011.

I actually used an Amiga to browse the web, back in 1994 or 1995. I started with Lynx, but then I switched to a graphical browser (probably Mosaic).

This was an Amiga 500 with maxed-out RAM (8 MB) and a hard drive.

Half of NPR's revenue comes from payments from stations to run their programs, and most of the rest comes from individuals, businesses, and foundations. Those public radio stations are also mostly funded by listeners and donors.

Also, this isn't relevant anyway, because the article is about a dispute about a particular program that NPR was running.
