I wish I could see it with fresh eyes without the accumulated knowledge I have of how AI looks. What does this video look like to a person clueless about AI?

What do they think of the constant repetition of slow panning shows where barely anything is happening, or a guy spinning on the floor but his head morphs into his feet and his feet morph into his head, or a person kissing a mirror that isn't quite mirroring the person and it slowly becomes a person kissing what appears to be their identical twin standing on the other side a floating empty mirror frame?

I understood it more in the line of preventing a company from naming itself "Low sugar" and then blocking other companies from adding the words "Low sugar" to their packaging. Same thing with OpenAI, another company should be free to create an AI that's fully open and tag it as "Open AI" without fearing legal problems with OpenAI.

AFAIK 7-9 hours is the commonly used range, anything less than 7 hours or anything more than 9 can have detrimental effects on how well rested you feel after waking up. Where did you get the notion that adults need exactly 8 hours on the dot?

I believe that's the one thing BAM refuses to acknowledge, they have no legal possesion of the lego sets, that's the beginning and end of it. They are trying their damnest to hide that fact behind a consignment/contract/franchise/corporate/arrests/heroin/lawsuit curtain of smoke.

It sucks to treat the workplace as adversarial, but we unfortunately have to as long as companies have the zero-sum mindset of "wow, everyone is so productive and we're achieving so much, why do we have so many people again?"

And I'm not a "at work we're a family!" guy, but I wish we could just be excellent at our jobs and share it with each other without worrying if I'm digging my own grave.

The initial timeframe was 4 months, he was able to do more work within the same timeframe with LLMs.

This quote from the post resonated with me:

The sentiment is shared, and github is not the only service making me feel like that, it feels like everything on the web is more flimsy and low quality nowadays. Constant outages, bugs, UI papercuts, incomplete features, what in the world is going on?
