Yeah, MP4s are the tool to go now, especially since you can autoplay them almost anywhere (I'm looking at you Apple).

But still, we still can't use them in mail yet. So having an image to play is definitely interesting - for email - for now.

Does AVIF have any support for animations?

Bigger companies also do that, Vodafone was compressing all images that went through their 3G service, and a ton of ISP inject / redirect HTTP traffic to tell you to pay the bills

Instead of the Youtube video, I think a step-by-step guide and feature introduction would be way better. Something like http://introjs.com/ but otherwise the game seems interesting.

That's an invalid JSON, and I didn't manage to make the validation and notify the user if the JSON is invalid or not. That's why it doesn't do anything :)

For surely but unfortunately no one tried to manually optimised the code, the current javascript decompiler is compiled from C using emscripten
