usually buyouts go something like this:

3 enshittify

hugging face even said they didnt want to accept a 500 million dollar investment from nvidia, because they didnt want nvidia to run the ship.

instead they sell it... guess who'll run the ship?

choose "samlple image" or upload something

then mark something with the mouse (and press 'run inpaint') and it'll work a bit and try to hide it, sorta like that "magic eraser" some newer android phones have

In Denmark i currently have to enter my card details but then, i get a popup where i have to enter my government issued ID username and scan a QR code from the related app (or enter from a 2fa token generator)

Its annoying - but it feels quite secure

I prefer having as few apps as possible

so using the web is my go-to

i dont have reddit, on my phone for example.

Also, all those app icons are just "advertisement" every time you look at your phone screen... i dont need that.

if you REQUIRE me to use an app, then i'm only using it if i absolutely have to. (there's almost always an alternative)

someone made a youtube video not too long ago (i think was that guy who made the 3rd party ssd upgrade kits?) he said that apple uses a special type of thermal paste... not that its some super awesome unique product, it's just that its not a paste in the typical sense, like you'd use on a GPU or CPU. It's more like a "putty".
