Fixed my son's computer by shredding all evidence of Microsoft off his computer and installing Linux Devuan OS. Fortunatly his files were all stored on his separate ssd dut to a previous issue.

poker, without the money, isn't much different from any other card game. We used to play poker as a family game with a butter tub of pennies that all went back into the pot when we were done. It's very similar to rummy or bridge. Part skill part luck. Like pretty much any board game.

Don't forget that they have power shortages and strict rationing in that equation. So at the end of the day they have 75% solar but it is not adequate for the population.

Faux fur retail costs 20-45 dollars a yard and requires a multithread overlock machine. Liner fabric costs 1-4 dollars a yard and requires less skill and a plain (single stitch) machine. Obviously they will be paying wholesale prices but the cost difference remains. The real difference in the costs between China and the US is the labour. Americans want cheap prices at the store but a living wage at their job. China is the capital of slave labour and Americans are supporting it with their wallets.

LA's Totally Awesome carpet cleaner from the dollar tree. I was holding a bottle trying to get a stain out of my daughter's bedding and saw one. I was so mad by then I sprayed at the sucker and it instantly keeled over. No clue what's in the stuff but it saved my sanity.

cloudflare blocked me from signing in to my petflow account to buy cat food. It was in an endless verification loop. Awhile back it did the same with my paid crunchyroll subscription. I don't code, I have a very ordinary setup with a well known browser. Apparently cloudflare now owns our access to the internet and can block whom it pleases, when it pleases, no recourse. The internet is soon to be available only to those who fit cloudflare's criteria, whatever that may be, as long as companies keep buying in to the third party control.

If you shop by researching brand rather than price, you will find there are still good companies out there. Lots of cheap stuff is junk, some expensive stuff is junk. Even within brands there are differences. My fancy four wide slot cuisinart toaster has survived 20 years, lots of use many moves and getting slightly squished in an overstuffed trunk and is still going strong. Cuisinart coffee makers, however, lose their marbles at any power flickering, never mind outages. We can bemoan the onslaught of junk that we keep buying and therefore helping it grow, or just maybe we could put our money into companies that still make good stuff through some consumer research instead of believing the advertised 'best deal'.

Town centers with a concentration of pedestrians , bikes and vehicles are going to have a higher rate of accidents no matter what you do. Separating the through traffic from the town centers kills the town centers...route 66 anybody? The focus should be on being more concientious drivers and having respect for the place you are driving in. Lack of respect isn't going to be fixed by dividing up and killing the heart of town centers.

Not even close. It takes down a whole computer. My son downloaded a file he thought was a friend he hadn't heard from for awhile to look at the project he was working on. Had to wipe the computer. Fortunately his brother had the skills to save his files and check that they were clean. They also used his card to charge steam account stuff. Had to warn all his friends he had been infected and nuke his discord including his own server. Had to get a new bank card.
