I gave up on Grok. It is going the way of Tesla, SolarCity, gigabattery and Autopilot. Now on GLM5.2 via Open router hosted in SG. Mimo is also good. Their agent is so convenient and Deepseek level cheap. Quality a bit behind GLM5.2. But then Mythos is myth, technically GLM is high up there in quality but on lower end pricing.

Singapore system won't work in USA cities. Their town councils are near scholars level. Quite a few of them doctorate. They are pretty much selected on 2 criteria, merit and perceived likability with accountabilities evaluated both by government and locals citizens. American leaders are selected based on sound bites with zero accountability to citizens for maybe 2 years to 4 years. They do accountable to mega donors which almost always work against for the good of the public. Singapore also have world class city planners that entire America have never experienced or seen before. Heck even China look up to Singapore during 80s and 90s for advice. And the quality of people going to USA in the last 10 years are very low. Look at Singapore Amos going there. Meanwhile hundreds of American engineers migrated to Russia and China.

You should read up Chinese satellite images of surrounding Gulf countries. Iran GDP now is growing. Their revenue spike up. The back end of Iran is fully operational with Russia and China shipping in goods on steroid. F35 and B2 no longer flies in Iran.

A Lenovo x280 i5 8th gen with 16gb Ram 256gb ssd cost less than that and run faster with screen and keyboard. You can dual boot Linux and Windows. You can also install OpenClaw or Hermes. Plenty of x280 or L14 in secondhand market. I don't see the point of buying Pi5. Unless you are collector of Pi stuff.

To a certain extent, but not completely. OpenAI and Anthropic are taking losses on their entire offering—that is a huge difference. Amazon, for example, has pumped its profits back into R&D for decades. What AI companies are doing right now is running the Uber playbook on an epic scale. In the US, there isn't much competition, so they can maintain a duopoly. But look at what happened in China: Uber collapsed and pulled out. Now, the entire world is facing competition from DeepSeek and Qwen at a fraction of the cost. According to a reliable Shenzhen source, they will halve their prices again by the end of this year using newer Huawei GPUs. The current 7nm chips are already bleeding OpenAI dry. By the end of this year, they will upgrade to 5nm, and by June of next year, 3nm. They don't even have to be better—just 95% as good at 1/20th of the price. I don't see OpenAI and Anthropic surviving much outside of America; they are likely staring down Groupon’s fate. You can research it yourself: China has no issues with electricity because they have a massive power surplus. This is why OpenAI and Anthropic are so scared right now. They must IPO by 2027, because after that, they will suffer the exact same fate as Groupon.

The secret is while they flipping over, they believe whatever that is stays. That way they can claim the improvement as their ingenuity. The correct response is take their knowhow which is their moat but not protected by law and walk over to their competitors. Tank their moat as fast as possible. They want to play we should help them play more challengingly.

Microsoft doesn't listen much. The easiest to get them attention is actively migrate to Apple or Linux. Let's make Windows a niche operating system. That is the only way to get your message across. We all actively pushed from 95% Windows OS dominant in the 90s to now about 65%. Make it 5% and then, Microsoft will be a darling. That is their motivation. They want that coveted 5% niche OS position. We should help Microsoft achieve that.

I just use Deepseek V4 pro and Qwen 3.7 Max at a fraction of Mythos cost. Yeah not 100% on par but in 6mths time it will. If Microsoft and Firefox can afford to wait years or decades to fix a bug, 6mths is good enough for me. Western AI now is like the Vikings living the last days on Greenland during the freezing. I just don't see how they able to compete with Chinese model. And those are trained and run on 7nm. This year end Huawei will debut 3nm (confirmed in Shenzhen). And next year they on roadmap to do 3nm GPU with photonics interconnect.

He didn't realized that speculating stocks allowed by Fed and both parties. The vast majority money needed to prop up American economy right now (or in the last 10 years) have nothing to do with econ 101. It is purely money printing at its finest making Japanese banana money and Germans look amateurish. Fed now basically print money to bank and directed bank to buy stocks and loans as they like to certain orgs and individuals. Any short selling or whistleblowers suicided.

How many threats did actually turn out to be real to date? I couldn't find this being published. But how many threats did happen without any indication (only after the perpetrators tell). I can easily recalled maybe 3-4 incidents. So the issue here is do knowing threats really help?

Deepseek MiMo and Qwen are now dirt cheap and give out free as well with quality about 95% against the very best so called fable mythos. And all that is on Huawei 7nm Ascend. All those companies added up nowhere near 1T and they affect EVERY SINGLE American lives producing parts that Americans used either via patents or parts. And we throw money to Anthropic with almost no moats at best 6 mths ahead. While Chinese companies holding patents more than Google Microsoft combined and with market bigger than entire USA economy. I think maybe investors too are hallucinating like AI. Sound like mega Lehman Groupon in the making!
