I don't see their post as 'drama' or nonconstructive at all. It's simply a list of well-founded criticisms of Fairphone's extremely lax position on security that is incompatible with Graphene's. If being critiqued for it doesn't lead to them considering adding a secure element, that's a problem on Fairphone's side imo.

The basic idea of Firefox OS was actually great, they just didn't quite get the market right. Kai OS is a very successful fork which runs on feature phones.

Yep ux is a huge problem for getting even tech-savvy people onto element. Would love to see it become a viable alternative to discord but its still far off.

If such a test existed, i would expect ddg to be on par or better than google. For finding index pages, I prefer ddg because the actual company isnt placed below advertised results of competitors. Currency conversions are supported. It also shows SO answers, github project info, latex commands and more on the results page. I'd recommend revisiting it.
