Explain yourself. Who the hell could feel upset upon seeing Marie Curie, Beethoven, da Vinci or Maria Callas? They are all very recognizable, well known European figures with astounding achievements and highly respected by any true European worth its name.

Are you suggesting we should erase them because of someone's feeling?

Not true. A lot of the left voted in favor for it. Ylva Johansson, the person behind all this who introduced Chat Control since the very beginning, is a literal ex-Communist and she's now at the left wing of the Social Democrats in Sweden and EU parliament.

No, and it was mentioned by the consortium of European cars manufacturers after the joint press release with Der Leyen herself: the implementation of factories and research centers in India is solely to be able to sell on that market. It is the exact same process that happened with China in the past. The exact same also happened with Airbus.

You are also wrong on the market importance for Renault. For 2024, France was the biggest, followed by Italy, Turkey, Spain, Germany, Brazil, UK, Morocco, BENELUX, Romania, Poland, Netherlands and... #13 India with 0.9% market share...

Supply chains didn't change at all, in fact it did the opposite, and Europeans won't rely on anything Indian made for the near future, as local re-industrialization is already acted on and even accelerated since the pandemic.

Production numbers across all manufacturers even Volkswagen (which was unexpected) show the number of cars manufactured in Europe increased in the past 2 years.

Electric cars in Europe mostly come from China, the US and European brands. Nothing Indian-made, not even parts.

Sweden relies on foreign technology for this (US), compared to France and Germany. They also depend on the ESA/France to put these satellites into orbit. That's not what I would call a leader player.

Electron is the worst thing that happened to quality software. I spoke to two HR guys last year at the company I'm working at and they told me they ditch every single resume mentioning "web technologies" in them. Funny part is when they also told me these "bad" resumes are for the vast majority H1B wannabees.
