I do not share that impression; I would say that between 1945 and roughly the year 2000, Germany demonstrated remarkable resilience, followed by exceptional capability in the scientific and technological fields.

However, I am not certain that the country has possessed such capabilities since the year 2000. Maybe reunification, the green vote and mutter Merkel have to do with this new situation.

For example a user query is transformed to filter the request to and the answer from Claude with a local open source model.

Use case: A user asks to find a bug in code, they provide a large piece of code (hence a large amount of tokens), it is processed by the retailer with an open source LLM which is asked to extract suspicious snippets, and Claude is asked to provide an exact answer but as short as possible, then the local open source model is asked to incorporate the modifications in the original code.

The number of tokens used by Claude is much lower than if the user has asked directly to Claude. The local open source model provides the difference.

If the resellers cache results, how it is done? I am aware it's possible with a KV cache, but those resellers do not have access to Claude's KV memory?

If they do not cache results, how does this work?

But when I watch such videos I can't suppress thinking that is not the way access to space should be. I still (I am 69) think that the way forward is with planes that could take off and landing on runways.

Please how to select the model? I downloaded tinyLlama, put it in ./models, changed reame.conf but I get:

(No such file or directory)

Otherwise putting the model in /opt does not please me much, I fear to forget a model is there, if it is in reame folder its much easier to notice and manage.
