> "Refactor this code spin up subagents" try that in codex
The deferral of all agency as a product owner over to the stochastic-word-box-in-a-do-loop feels like the kind of thing that, if you mentioned you do that in an interview, would be grounds to not continue.
Re: your updated comment, I'm glad you've found success with this pattern of behavior, but I'd suggest that you might be extrapolating "I haven't been punished yet for this shortcut" to "This is the future of work and those who disagree are luddites".

> I wouldn't be happy if my area (which has big properties, lots of space between each house) was de-zoned into an anarchy...
It would work, you just wouldn't be happy with it happening In Your BackYard.

Atlanta native; I haven't dug into the design of the study, but I am supremely skeptical of these results. There is a huge influx of new residents right now (and likely for the foreseeable future). That in concert with a renewed push for working from the office likely accounts for any increase in congestion seen any time recently. The city yearns for more public transport, but it is hard to imagine that 10% of all the insane traffic is directly related to a ban on this relatively new mode of transport.
