<p>Interesting, I find that youtube is a great resource for educational content and was very useful in highschool etc.<p>This seems like throwing the baby out with the bathwater, but to be fair AI and really toxic context wasn't as big of a thing when I was in highschool</p>

<p>In my school there was a strong emphasis on what a healthy diet is baked into the curriculum. Along with my family's relatively healthy cooking, that set me up for cooking and eating well on my own through college and life after that. I would edge away from takes related to "it just wouldn't work"<p>I mean the education system is its own mess for other reasons, but it's not a complete failure</p>

If your immune system can handle it, that's just normal.<p>The DNA damage that the parent was talking about would lead to cancerous cells which your immune system cannot handle, which is different from the ones that your immune system can handle</p>
