I don't understand why getting a letter notarized is being treated as some huge ordeal. Pretty much any bank or credit union has a notary on staff. It takes 5 minutes. Many lawyers and accountants are notaries. Many people here probably know someone who is a notary and they don't even realize it.

I write stuff for our internal teams and it's usually for sensitive systems where you can cause a lot of problems if you make a mistake. I will often start the doc by saying "This assumes you know how to use x, y, and z. If not, then you probably shouldn't be doing this." We limit access already, but some of these could be used in a DR scenario by someone who is not super-familiar with the product. I purposefully will not explain certain things because if you can't figure those out, then you shouldn't be doing these steps.

It takes like two minutes to create a tenant. Click Next a bunch, enter a credit card, you're done.
And yes they have different types of accounts and methods of billing. Their customer base is probably in the hundreds of millions. People are going to want options. I don't really see the issue there.

I still miss my Palm Pre. I've sat here since it died and watched Android and iOS slowly adopt the UI that my Pre had 15 years ago. We were swapping between apps with cards and swiping them away a decade before anyone else.
I had multiple friends end up buying the Pre and the non-slidey Pre (I can't remember the name) because they saw what I had thought it was so cool.
Now my LG TV runs WebOS, which I assume is the name with no shared code, but who knows.

The hotel is at least a known quantity. You have a pretty good idea of what you're getting into, the expectations are clear between all parties, and you're having a fairly consistent experience between different hotels. With Airbnb you have no idea who or what you're dealing with.
With a hotel, I don't have to worry about a doorman asking me who I am and then having to lie, per the host's instructions (yes, this happened to me). I probably don't have to worry about the pictures being of an entirely different unit and having an entire day of my vacation ruined trying to find somewhere else to stay (yes, this happened to me). I know exactly where the hotel is before I hand over hundreds of dollars.

Edit: Nevermind, I see that you've already done this.
It might be worth it to pony up for an M365 license or two, send yourself an email, and then open a support ticket inquiring why the email was blocked. I would even avoid mentioning that you are the sender. Just pretend you're a regular customer who receives email from your domain and you're wondering why it was blocked and if there's anything that can be done to stop it from happening.

I found this really interesting. I remember in a previous job, I moved to a lower cost of living city in the same state. My employer told me about about how they were considering lowering my salary because of this. They weren't billing any less for my time. I wasn't any less productive.
I got out of there soon after and found a better place in the new city.

There's an argument to be made for quality of life for your employees. As someone who has transitioned from on-prem server management to mainly cloud work, my job happiness has skyrocketed. I haven't set foot in a data center in three years and I do not miss it one bit.
Dealing with hardware failures, hardware vendors, confusing licensing, having to know SKUs, racking new cabinets, swapping hard drives, patching servers - it's all awful work. When you go cloud only, you can be more productive instead of dealing with some of that nonsense work.
