Not only that. The strict adherence to things like ESRB ratings dumbs down today's kids.

I'm firmly in the camp that I am a better person today because things like parental controls did not really exist in the world when I was a kid, and I was playing GTA at like 10. While kids today at that age are forced to read, listen, watch or play dumbed down crap.

It's so unfortunate that Gitlab is a complete mess, that GitHub has no real competition now. I can only think that few months to a year from now there will be _something_ that works on an enterprise scale.

The swearing is something that makes sense when it's a situation to swear. I would not trust person who never, under any circumstances swear.

The same thing would apply to a person who swears endlessly without reason.

Here, on the other hand, someone is trying to force his opinion on public. This, I can judge. Both on merit, and the language they use.

China is deploying more renewables than most of the world, in some calculations outspending the rest of the world.

Chinese per-capita emissions have peaked at lower level than US and are already falling.

I also strongly dislike when people are trying to forcefully push those kinds of terms onto broader public.

Last one I disliked was "grok", at least this one was killed by existence of Elon's "clanker" in a similar way that "Adolf" stopped being a popular name.
