Mercedes claims they listened to customers, but the timing is suspicious right when China mandates physical buttons. Either way, the result is good. Touchscreens for everything were a dangerous fad. I shouldn't have to take my eyes off the road to adjust the temperature. Buttons you can find by touch save lives.
