This project seems to have a serdes block which seems to wrap whatever is in the PDK. Didn't look too far down but from a cursory glance it looked like it was built for an internal clock of 50 MHz (clock default to 20 ns) with an oversampling of 8: 400 MHz
If those numbers are at all right it puts it in useful territory. Very much so for a first spin
For a first spin it looks overall pretty useful. The only nitpick I have would be that `operation` on the DSP tile should be from fabric instead of config (hardcoded in bitstream) otherwise I don't see a convenient way of resetting the accumulator(?)

I believe you are correct that the list pricing from manufacturers is higher in the US.
But my understanding is that this is due to the PBMs punishing manufacturers for lowering the list price. Lower list price means less profit for the PBMs for the discount they negotiate

What happened to letting the free market work it's magic? Has America changed to communism recently without telling anyone?
Jk ofc. But the ones scamming Americans are American middlemen - the PBMs.
With this change the regime is just proving that it will not fix problems caused by their rich friends but rather pass the bill onto the manufacturers

Sure it might look like smoke in there, but it looks more like the entire right side of the image was carpetbombed - not just the building complex in the middle

"We"?
Sorry if my comment went over your head.
The comment was about the style of articles that were in vogue in the mid 10's.
A good sample here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/andrewjosuweit/2017/10/22/5-ind...
If I need to condense it further the connection I see is that weird people feel a need to see new market trends and uses of the system as coordinated efforts of malice.
Instead it's probably just that young people aren't thriving. Better information lets people know more about systems of assistance.
Some defective humans really dislike any assistance programs and invent phantoms and weird statistics. Tale as old as time

What would targeting NYC help Iran? Aren't there more interesting targets they could go for which would take advantage of the inflamed political situation in the US?
I think it's much more likely that they would strike back at a regional ally if anything. Keeping some of their cards hidden and not risking a unifying shock to the US populace

That is a cultural thing, and one of the first things you learn to handle when working tightly together with Indians as an outsider.
I can't remember all the techniques but a simple trick is to ask them to repeat their understanding back to you before they start working on a thing.
But I don't think it's connected to sending "malicious" reports. That seems rather to be to pad their resume and online presence while studying to get an edge in hiring.

I liked the core challenge. Finding the balance of ALU and VALU, but I think that the problem with the load bandwidth could lead to problems
Like optimizing for people who assume the start indices always will be zero. I am close to 100% sure that's required to get below 2096 total loads but it's just not fun
If it however had some kind of dynamic vector lane rotate that could have been way more interesting

Is this stuff written by an AI?
The documentation still refers to PCIEM_EVENT_MMIO_READ but it's never referenced in the code on the main branch
I'll admit that I asked for a simple compilable example illustrating something simple like the read events because it looks like it's just reading from the shared memory, and maybe generating an event for any read or write access with the PCIEM_EVENT_MMIO_WRITE event type
