This isn't a culture argument or even a sound/good argument for anything. Americans are just wealthier and you can't compare like that.

When you compare groups of students within the same country and adjust for both household income and intelligence you find that (again, even within the same intelligence brackets and income levels) some ethnic groups simply study more while others spend more time on things like unprovoked violence.

Half the planet is more AI-positive than the US. Something like only 4% of Chinese people are concerned about AI while around half of Americans are concerned about AI.

Many jurisdictions outlaw sharing but not copying. Downloading is legal in those places but publishing is not.

Banks mostly deal in stablecoin which tend to be reversible, freezable, etc by court order since they're permissioned not permissionless.

Obtaining copies of pirated works is not infringement. Unauthorized sharing is infringement but being on the receiving end of sharing is not (even if one is an active participant).

It's used to transfer currency between accounts on fundamentally transparent ledgers. Barely any crypto involves anonymous anything.
