> In 2000, less than one percent lived on farms and 1% of workers are in agriculture. That was a net benefit to the world, that we all don't have to work to eat.
Not obvious
> To me that statement is as obvious as "water is wet".
Well... is water *wet* or does it *wet things*? So not obvious either.
I'm really dubious when reading posts posing some things as obvious or trivial. In general they are not.

I'm asking questions because I wanna challenge some biases I have. You believe that you already know the ("obvious"?) answers, good for you?

I'm writing an article on AI-assisted coding, I'm wondering what are the main reasons people use AI/LLM/Agentic for coding purposes.
2nd question: do you feel like it helps you solve novel/non-trivial problems?

I can't verify the claim "The feed conversion ratio for chickens, the amount of grain you put in to get meat out, is 2x. That grain is incredibly cheap.".
Instead I found: "2.51 kg of dietary protein is required to generate 1.00 kg of protein in a chicken carcass or saleable end product." [1]
If we're talking about efficiency, let's directly eat grain, then, leave the chicken alone.
[1]: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8388418/
