I'm in the same boat, still on the older version and monitoring the new updates. There's an issue list on github for the .11 release, and while aaalot got resolved, theres still some big things open (#15045). But the jellyfin team is doing amazing work and I'm thankful.
A few of my users already messaged me that with the next version, the android tv app will cease to work with the old jellyfin version, so I guess I have to upgrade soon

With the new reddit layout (the new, new one) I cannot manage to get to the link behind a submission anymore. When someone posts an imgur link, reddit rehosts the media and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the original imgur link.

I bought that pack like 5 or 6 years anymore, I dont even remember. Insane value, even tho all assets are CC0 license, but the amount of work he puts in just made me like to support it. I still sometimes get emails about updates on the pack. One of the rare cases where I feel like did not pay enough for the amount of value.
I am not even a professional game dev, just dabble in it in my free time. But having so many cohesive art assets at your disposal makes it a lot of un.

From germany here. I removed the photo from my CV a few years ago. Never got asked about it during hiring. Obviously I don't have any numbers whether/how often I got sorted out due to that.
But I hope the expectation to have a photo on your CV also dies out here.

His point stands tho. Think about mobile games, where games are significantly cheaper (0.99€-5€). That install fee will hit a lot different than for high priced desktop titles (30€+). In addition think about the turnover in mobile games.
The Unity Page does not mention free games with micro transactions, but especially there the user turnover is way higher. A lot of people will install it, play it for a few minutes (or days) and remove it again. Will the developer pay those install fees too?
This entire thing seems not really thought out.
I am also wondering what about trolls, who spoof HWID (or whatever the unique install id is based of) and spam-install it

I can attest to that, atleast for spectacle. I once wrote a sharing plugin for purpose and spectacle had an issue where it was not propagating possible errors correctly. Setting up a dev environment for kde/spectacle was extremely easy and the code was easy to follow. Took me maybe 3 hours from zero to fixing it and making a PR.

Well, first of all it is early march and the sun is at an too low angle.
Secondly I working from home for over 2 years now, and during most months of the year it is already dark outside when I am done with work.
Thirdly, I already have symptoms which correlate to a deficit, so the doctor not even wanting to look into it baffled me. And well, I never managed to talk to a doctor with my actual test results, but from looking at papers/official resources, 4ng/ml seems to be extremely low as a vitamin d level.
Well in the end I obviously don't know if those symptoms are the result of my vitamin d deficit, but time will tell.

It's funny you say that. I just went through that process and I was immensely annoyed at our healthcare system.
I've been suspecting low vitamin D for my quite some time. Felt very lethargic, and on the weekend without setting an alarm I just straight up slept 15+ hours. (and a few other issues, which I am not sure whether they are related to that, time will tell)
I've been complaining about that for some time, even mentioned the possibility of a deficit to my doctor, but he never agreed to look into that direction.
I finally went around my doctor and got a blood drawn and sent to a lab for a vitamin D test, and the results were what I expected: 4ng/ml (which is extremely low).
I went to my doctor with those results, they just told me to "go out more".
I called two other offices, both of which didnt take me as a patient and one even just told me to look at the internet.
I was infuriated by all those three offices. After some research I now ordered supplements myself and made a treatment plan and I am planning to get another blood test in 2 months to check in on my levels and adjust accordingly.
