How does it help build idiomatic cross-platform apps? A cross-platform app can't really be idiomatic by definition, since different platforms have different idioms, both in terms of APIs and UI. If the project somehow solves this, I'd expect that to be explained. I couldn't find such an explanation on the website.

Calling this a scientific theory seems premature. It is mostly a speculative model built on untested assumptions about cognition, with no empirical validation of its central claims.

The original quote is from Andrej Karpathy as far as I remember. I do like a lot of his ideas but try to take them with a pinch of salt as he clearly has a technocratic bias regarding LLMs/AI.

I really don't like the marketing texts. "Why we’re open source when nobody else is." I'm using oMLX which is open source and seems to be doing everything Nativ offers. I'd rather see the comparison with existing "non-existing" open source competitors.

I have both books. Scheme for sure! Env setup can be a bit of an issue but it is doable. Regarding it, I remember having some weird issues with MIT Scheme on a modern computer, but Racket/DrRacket works well.

I was scammed on Fiverr myself, so I may be biased, but this feels consistent with the platform incentives I saw firsthand. The dispute process did not seem designed to deal well with coordinated abuse, and weak controls around sensitive files would point to the same broader issue: user safety and data handling do not appear to be high priorities.

Is your argument "it's bad everywhere, so it's ok"? As a software developer I do understand how enterprises operate, as a customer and a user I'd put Apple under higher scrutiny and would expect better.

My first language is Russian. I’m not young, so I remember a bit of the Soviet era and many of the paper books I read as a child. I perceive lozh and vranyo as nearly synonymous, depending on the context. The only difference I notice is that vranyo can occur without ill intent, while lozh is told deliberately to deceive.

Interesting. Swedish BankID, that I'd guess serves the same purpose, works just fine on GrapheneOS, as well as nation wide payment system Swish.
