iHP48 is a good app for 48 emulation. Also, the HP-50G is a pretty good alternative that is newer though still discontinued.

That would be an Android issue - Android tablets have the same issues. An iPhone foldable will have a much more cohesive ecosystem just like the iPad.

Because you made the choice to trust Apple when you bought an iPhone. And while you may make a deep study of who is providing your alternative AI app (is that even possible with openAI or Copilot or Gemini?), the average use will pick something shiny and lose their savings when it transfers their bank balance outside the country.

Reminds me of helping a doctoral student with his implementation of WAM and understanding of the storage system I had written for a combined Lisp/Prolog interpreter.

He was adding the compiler to the system. We used a subroutine threaded machine to execute the WAM instructions (thank you, Byte TIL issue).

Why do EVangalists constantly think people don’t take road trips in cars, when the vast majority do?

Reducing 20 - 30 minute stops to 10 - 15 minutes is very worthwhile for road trips, and makes shorter range vehicles usable for those trips.

Title is misleading. This is about the “free” add-on perk to Amazon Prime that was added to make the price raises for Prime somewhat less offensive, similar to Amazon Prime Video.

This is not about Amazon Music Unlimited, which is their computer Apple Music and Spotify.

I wonder if the author is familiar with Smalltalk - it has a very small syntax. In some ways so does Lisp, in other ways it has more than every other language, depending on what you think about operators versus functions.

They did it for user efficiency, not machine efficiency. And it is still better today for hand calculation.

From what I’ve seen, eBay runs more than this for a used original. My collection of all Voyagers ran about $200 each a few years ago.
