I have one of these and I love it. Takes half as much space in the closet as having a normal washer and dryer and still finishes most loads in a little over two hours as long as I don’t put a crazy amount of stuff in it. I’ve also noticed the water usage is significantly lower than my previous HE washer. Mine is the “GE Ultrafast” one.

It is not about Ring but the title was written in a clickbait manner to make it feel as if it were about Ring (which is an Amazon product)

Perhaps I’m just getting crap doctors but I’ve had so many bad experiences even with specialists that it seems nearly impossible to get help with anything past super basic issues. Over a year ago I had a dive related injury to my ear and I can’t get any help past “everything looks great” from any ENT. For context I can barely stand to be in many social situations without earplugs in one ear because I’m hearing some frequencies extremely loud and distorted and in my head instead of from their source.

I’m to the point where I just leave “Silence Unknown Callers” enabled on my phone. Before that I was getting at least 10 spam calls a day. We’re long past the point where it’s possible to accept a call from an unknown number.

My experience has been Pixel phones suck for calls in general. I know of 3 people with Pixel 3As that intermittently can’t receive calls. Often it takes 2-3 calls to these people in order to get 1 to go through. Setting the phones to prefer 4G has so far fixed the problem most reliably but the whole calling stack on pixel phones needs some work IMO.

Having worked for a company that worked directly with the government, these shutdowns are such a frustrating waste of man hours. They’re also demoralizing to people working on projects that are suddenly unfunded. Stopping shutdowns would be a huge step in the right direction.
