What we call "normal" is the historical convergence to behaviour that allows a civilization to thrive and survive long term.
Change that and the weirdos will create a society that will die out.
See: modern liberal society and feminisim which leads to population collapse and destruction of the civilizations that embrace it.

At this point I'm 90% convinced that any kind of a healthcare system will work as long as the politicans and everyone involved is not corrupt.
Alas...
The real question is then: since corruption seems to be everywhere, which system is the most resistant to it in terms of the price + quality for the end user.
And the real real question is: what can be done so that every country has a political class that has the same strict rules of law for corruption etc... as Singapore does?

OP is speedrunning how to make kids hate programming.
This language is simple unintuitive and the Polish math notation will cause even more confusion.
>> Overall, I don't believe the programming language matters all too much.
Delusional. There is a reason why 99.99% of large projects are done in imperative languages.
I like programming a lot but if my programming journey were started by this teacher and might just became a chef instead.
This seems to be a "do novel things for novelty sake" thing.
Kids need to see the practical applications in the simples and most intuitive way of the things they are learning.
Forth or similar languages are not it.
Even in university level students these languages are both confusing and unintuitive and slow to develop in compared to imperative languages.

I'm at this point fully convinced that 90%+ of people with depression have either a metabolic disfunction, gut issues, heavy metal poisoning or some other occult infection or a problem.
So it's not really mental, it's literally a disease of the physical body. The brains are then affected as a side effect.
You can look up low carb, carnivore, heavy metal elimination groups etc... and you will find thousands of real testimonials.
The problem is that many if not most of these are hard if not impossible to diagnose since the modern medical science is lacking completely at this plus the combination of arrogant doctors not taking these people seriously and gaslighting them makes it 10 times worse, so experimentation is needed and then a commitment for a year or two.
Many improve in 4 to 6 months. Some take longer.

Johnson lost the plot.
Initially he was interesting but it soon became obvious that both he and his team were too stupid to realize that just because you measure X in the body that doesn't mean that you are doing better or worse. We don't have tech that would tell us the long term or global effects in the body so measuring one things out of a billion can be useless when doing microoptimizations like he is.
He also claims he wishes to be the 1st to heal an autoimmune disease which is hilarious since he and his team again failed to do even basic research to see that many people in the carnivore and low carb community were able to do so already more than a decade ago.
It's either this or he really is just into marketing and business since he sells now all of his supplements.

Many people have prediabetes without knowing. Just doing this won't magically help everyone.
GCM also isn't enough since you can have elevated insuline for 10 to 20 years before blood sugar starts rising, so a GCM won't show this.

Sprints and HIIT style exercise is shown to deplete muscle glycogen much, much faster than cardio.
From the top of my head: a 20 min HIIT session outperforms a ~2 to ~4 hour cardio session when it comes to glycogen depletion.
So doing cardio for blood sugar control (depletion) is probably a bad idea/waste of time (assuming you don't like to do cardio). Though obviously it's possible it may vary from diabetic to diabetic and from a healthy to a healthy person in extremes. A GCM is cheap to test it out.
For people talking about gym: legs are over 50% of your muscle mass so obviously chest and biceps curls aren't gonna cut it. Leg work is needed.
