Happy to share more details about how I structure builds, timelines, or pricing if useful. Still figuring out the best model.

I’m a full stack developer and recently started a small solo studio:
https://www.launchcraft.studio/
The idea came from a pattern I kept seeing with early-stage founders:
They don’t usually struggle with ideas.
They struggle with execution speed.
Either they:
-hire agencies that take months
-or try to build themselves and get stuck midway
I’ve been focusing on helping with:
-MVPs
-landing pages
-small SaaS products
Mostly handling everything end-to-end (frontend, backend, deployment).
What I’m still trying to figure out is:
What do founders actually expect from a setup like this?
Some tradeoffs I’ve noticed:
-speed vs long-term scalability
-polish vs shipping quickly
-fixed scope vs iterative builds
If you’ve worked with freelancers / agencies / solo devs before:
-what worked well?
-what didn’t?
-what would make this actually valuable to you?
Trying to refine this into something genuinely useful rather than just another “dev service”.

I’ve started working on Schema Pilot, an open-source idea for a visual database designer that generates Prisma schema + SQL automatically from a drag-and-drop interface.
Right now it’s very early — mostly the landing page + initial planning for the core engine. But the vision is:
visually create tables & relations
auto-generate FK logic
export clean Prisma + SQL
eventually import existing Prisma schemas
I'm building it in the open and would love feedback, contributors, or anyone interested in the problem space.
Repo: https://github.com/punyakrit/schema-pilot
Happy to answer questions!

I’m a full-stack developer with heavy experience in building, currently working at a startup. In that time I’ve built and shipped features across the stack while supporting live users. What I’ve enjoyed most is the energy of small teams — moving fast, iterating often, and turning early ideas into working products.
Recent projects I've built:
Codelens – AI-powered GitHub code analysis & collaboration tool with natural language code search, and AI-assisted pull requests.
Pulse – Website uptime and performance monitoring platform with real-time alerts and a clean analytics dashboard.
What I bring:
- Ability to take ideas from concept to production with minimal hand-holding
- Commitment to writing clean, scalable code that’s easy to maintain and iterate on
- Experience thriving in small, fast-paced, remote-first teams
- Eager to create tools that make developers’ lives easier and delight users in their everyday workflow
Tech stack:
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
DevOps: Docker, AWS/EC2, Vercel, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
I’m now exploring new opportunities, ideally at early-stage or YC-backed startups, with a preference for remote roles. I’d love to hear from the community: what’s the best way to find these kinds of opportunities? Are there particular approaches or networks that have worked for you?
Portfolio: https://www.punyakrit.dev
GitHub: https://github.com/punyakrit
