<p>The space shuttle was refurbishable.   It needed an army of 5000 engineers a few months to get it flight worthy after each launch.<p>And ultimately that wasn't enough for safety.</p>

<p>by 'vector' they just mean a list of numbers (ex. [32,5,8,11]).<p>By dimension they mean the number of items in the list.  In the above example it's a 4 dimensional vector.<p>Make the numbers binary digits and voila.<p>By hyperdimensional they mean the list has 500 or more items.</p>

<p>The main Proton-Boron reaction produces charged particles instead of neutrons.  You can capture the charged particles directly as a source of voltage with no intermediate step.  Just stick a piece of metal in the way and hook up wires.<p>Conventionally, neutrons are used to generate heat which is then used to drive steam turbines.</p>
