This sounds a lot like what the colibri project did for GLM-5.2. I'm a fan so keep at it!

Take a look at Luban3D. It does a lot of the automated mesh cutting.

This is probably the best summary / example I have read on how to explain the paradox of tolerance.

Thank you!

I'm making an educated guess but probably the cutting of chips from the wafers, placing them into the appropriate ceramic socket types (DIP, BFGA, SMD etc), soldering the line wires from chip to pin, encasing the chip, etc.

I like it. Been running one for 6 months now and it's been great.

I'm running an nVidia GTX1080 in an eGPU enclosure connected to my framework and it works pretty well. Have to disable the Intel Iris card in device manager to get games to use the 1080 and then re-enable it before you undock, but other than that, it's seamless.

I love it.

New comment by SSilver2k2 in "U.S. forgives 40k student loans"

SSilver2k2 — Wed, 20 Apr 2022 17:27:01 +0000

I paid off my student loans. My wife has student loans still.

If next year all new college students get free tuition I'm not going to be upset that I had to pay.

I'm going to be happy that they don't have my burden.

We as a society need to push the next generation up, not complain that they don't have it as hard as we do.

*Free Tuition = Tuition paid for by our taxes.

There is no expectation of privacy in a public area. So I don't see how there is a big difference.

One is a form of government, the other is an economy.

You can have a Socialist Democracy or a Socialist Dictatorship, just like you can have a Capitalist Democracy or a Capitalist Dictatorship.

New comment by SSilver2k2 in "Official Response: Request to Freeze Canadian Edge Users’ Accounts"

SSilver2k2 — Sun, 20 Feb 2022 17:45:49 +0000

Oof. Not a good look for edge.

I'll be the first to admit I think this protest is about a bunch of idiots with a victim complex. They should just get the vaccine like 90% of the rest of their profession have done. It's safe and is what anyone should do to help their fellow humans.

The Emergencies Act is law. If Edge wants to do business in Canada they have to follow it. I don't see this ending well for them.

Maybe I'm an old curmudgeon, but I also don't want to see ANY financial company using memes in an official press release.
