S3 is costly and carries significant political baggage.

For a better alternative, run MinIO on a cloud provider of your choice, or stick with a secure option like Proton Drive.

My git pre-commits are usually calling other executables or other tools, so I'm not quite sure how much it matters how fast is the git pre-commit tool. Can we have a benchmark of a normal use case of how much time are we saving with this new tool?

I moved to Spain for healthy issues. It´s cheaper to buy healthy food and I can get enough sun/heat.

Of course other countries could be another option but I have only been 1 month

I'm actually planning to buy one too. I agree with most of the comments about 120Hz refresh, But I disagree about 4k (not enough content) and this is more personal my last monitor was 32" and it was a huge pain to travel with and I don't have a mansion to be far away from the monitor... so I think I'm aiming this time for 24".

I hate monitor are so bloody expensive

I see a lot of Rust projects in the market, a lot of projects done and integrated in other languages (pydantic, ruff, etc...)

I only use Firefox, I haven't open Chrome in months... But I try to stay away from Google most of the time, so probably not the best.

And as some other people it's better Firefox on Android than the app. I don't have to deal with adds on Firefox, the official app always have 2 or 4 adds waiting for the next video

blows my mind that in 2023 PIP still exists as it is, having in other languages good examples like: npm, composer, maver, cargo, yarn, etc.. which works like a charm since several years and most of the community are happy with them (No one is happy with PIP let's be honest)

Go was created for an internal promotion of a guy in Google, he already got the promotion I believe, so there's no real use case to keep using it.

Technically wrong. Parallels only develops Flask and they want to keep Flask as minimal as possible, they don't even want to move away from the legacy optparse for Click, so this kind of "minimal work".

Key packages are developed by the community so lack of understanding or no cooperation with Parallels it's not really a Flask issue.

Unfortunately the only solutions for this are:

* Join Parallels and try to change things.

* Use different package, there's plenty web frameworks.

* Understand better semver, and python should try to promote this, or move away from semver to calendar releases like Ubuntu/Jetbrains
