Happy New Year from Serbia.
2025 was bad in best way and good in worst way...
Our government is increasingly autocratic in last decade to almost straight dictatorship but last year was year of protests that started cornering government. That led to increased oppression. It's worse for both sides but it's going in good direction albeit slowly.
Spent 2025 in dozens of protests, rode bicycle across the country with students to raise awareness, was surrounded with young, great and positive people.
Breathed tear gas and got beaten by police. But never felt more alive.
2026: I hope this government is done and gone in this year. Freedom is enough to get in a year.

Milion, not milions :)
OK, a bit over 1M.
I also don't think it is about geopolitics. It's more about nostalgia (owner is from Belgrade) and marketing. Based on their location, it looks more like marketing than practicality. It's dead center of downtown, almost everyone would have to commute trough heavy traffic. Anywhere in New Belgrade would be more practical (but less prestigious). And that's if you really want to be in Belgrade. Otherwise, Novi Sad is probably better.

From evolutionary point, you adapt for what gets you survive and reproduce.
Survival has two main components: physical survival (not being killed/maimed too much) and energy (not starving to death).
On energy part, you have positive (food) and negative (base metabolism that keeps you alive and physical activity). You can't do much about base metabolism but you can develop love for food (primarily sugar and fat as main source of energy) and hate to physical activity.
However, here comes physical survival. For it you have to have activity to avoid predators, to find/catch food and to build shelter.
So, in conclusion, from evolutionary standpoint, you hate activity so you don't do it needlessly but your body is adapted to be good at it for when you really have to.

Seems nice and simple. I like it.
Here are some suggestions:
-On Privacy Policy page, you have following: "All image conversions and resizing happen right on your own device". Image? What about video? I mean, I know, I checked but it's undefined. I would just go with "All conversions and...".
-Similarly, "We don't process or store any of your converted files on our servers". What about original files? Again, I would go with just "any of your files".
-Add support for pasting file or image (like copied from another program or screenshot etc.).
-When comparing images, you might add two additional "modes" of comparing:
1. images are one over another and you can use "slider" to reveal/show one or the other (i don't know name of that, but you've probably already seen it).
2. One is over another and on a button click (or key press) they are switched. This is useful for very similar images of same size (like with different degree of compression). Fast switching between them lets your brain pick up difference.
I hope this helps.
