Agreed. I build a system every ten years and I've got 6 years to go. AM4 works great, and I've managed to hoard enough ram and drives to hopefully cover any concerns for the next 4 years. Things work, they are stable, and I feel super lucky for that.

I can't get over the flag itself… It's a black flag. Not a British flag, not a white flag,… A BLACK flag.
Historically, the black flag is strongly associated with anarchism, anti-state politics, revolt, and rejection of national authority.
Had he colored it in the union jack, then I would've said it was nationalism, and the person is blinded by nationalism.
But. This is Banksy, black-and-white Banksy, so there may be no symbolism behind the black flag, but it's just very interesting. I can't accept that he would not have considered the color of the flag.

The end goal is a government license to access the internet. But I think it's less regulatory, and more poli-social. There are individuals within the political stratosphere that are adamantly against anonymity on the Internet because they want to be able to attach speech to specific individuals, and punish if necessary for wrong-think.

There's a lot of discussion about these kind of issues being used as carrots to get people to the polls, but I'm not sure this is going to be one of them. Enough states of legalized at that..it may have lost its high. Certainly some will vote favorably because of this but .. I don't think it will be the same had someone had done this in 2015.......

I wish he had gone further! I am also deeply frustrated with past President's who alluded to legalization but never delivered anything, except empty promises at election time.
Marijuana is one of those political dog whistles they only talk about at elections, which funny enough we're nearing, but at least finally someone did something instead of just saying they would...

I don't think this is "sneaky" - to use the term from the article. Yes, on the one hand a band could maximize by playing in a larger venue, but maybe doing so diminishes the experience for more people. Smaller venues, greater precision, and budgeting, and a better experience for the audience seems like a win.
Not quite sure this is an issue that needs an article in Bloomberg

I'm with you 100%. My company held a major retreat at a "resort" in New Mexico, and literally everything cost money. Wanna rent a mountain bike for 30 minutes, that's $10. Want a massage? That's $150. If they had just held it at the Fairfield Inn, everyone would've gotten free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and it would've probably been just as good.

Good point, successfully using AI takes skill. If you'll please pardon me, I don't think your average GenZ knows how to properly use it. It takes someone who grew up with technology, who understands the fundamentals of technology, who understands the fundamentals of computational decision-making, that can really make use of ChatGPT etc. Someone raised on App Tap culture just isn't equipped to fully appreciate the technology. Not that they can't, it's just… The vast majority of them are hopeless with this.
