A limited view of the threat. All very well worrying about keeping your armored brigade combat team fueled up, but that won't be much use when the same weapons that threaten the logistics have destroyed all the Abrams and Bradleys that use the fuel.
The Army is still under the delusion that its possible to win a peer conflict, not having learnt the lesson of the cold war there will be no winners in this hypothetical fight.

Anyone can build this style of interceptor with commercial off the shelf parts for a a few thousand dollars. It's also reusable.
A rocket for the same budget will be unguided and single use. Not useable as an interceptor.

Meanwhile, the B-29 was under development in the US.
Built almost entirely by women, men refused to fly it citing safety concerns.
So Paul Tibbets, (who went on to drop Little Boy on Hiroshima) taught a crew of women to fly the aircraft.
The logic being; if women can fly it safely, then surely men can too.

By "player hosted servers", I meant players rent a server box with Hetzner or OVH or a managed server with a provider like Nitrado. Local player hosted servers have never really worked for anything more than LAN.

There is nothing "democratizing" about hosting your game's servers on AWS.
Your game can have zero hosting cost if you just let players host their own servers. Let people play the game they paid for, forever, instead of locking them in to playing on an AWS server then killing the game in a couple of years when it's not profitable anymore.

That is a glorified trail camera, really does very little to help people live with wolves. What does is a strict hunting quota; the government decides how many wolves there should be, rather than nature.

No reason to see it in AAA games. They already have to run on Series S, which has ~8 GB usable memory. Consoles are the primary target for any game (if they are not, it is not AAA). So minimum specs remain relatively static through a generation.
