<p>You can do what the wishful thinking and eternal dreamer like me does - use Karakeep or similar selfhosted app and bookmark it with the hopes of someday reading it.  Yes I am probably deluding myself. I may use Hermes to randomly pull articles to review as a sort of compromise.</p>
