My mother is a therapist, and I'd like to share a few things I've learned from her over the years.

One piece of advice is to start with the biological side. Getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and taking care of your physical health can have a surprisingly positive effect on your mental state.

At the same time, don't hesitate to seek help from a therapist. They can help guide the way you think about your experiences and how you interpret them. It's a gradual process, but it really can make a difference.

I think you're probably referring to SK Hynix. Samsung's situation was more about dealing with the fallout from the labor strike.

At Xiaomi's latest smartphone launch event, Xiaomi founder Lei Jun said that memory prices are likely to keep rising over the next two years, which could drive smartphone prices up as well. His conclusion was pretty direct: everyone should just replace their phones now. Kind of a depressing story.

Funny enough, this made me realize that although I'm right-handed, I'm left-footed when it comes to football. As an amateur player, using my right foot with proper shooting form still feels surprisingly awkward to me.

On top of that, China is also facing hardware constraints, which is pushing companies to develop better domestic chips for AI training. It'll be interesting to see how things perform once Huawei's newer hardware is fully deployed at DeepSeek.
